@NGOENYI CONTEST #10|| MY UNFORGETTABLE STEEMIT SURPRISE!

I am always glad to make a post in this lovely community. Thankful to @ngoenyi and @steemkids for this contest. My journey on steemit has had ups and downs. But overall, the great moments have overshadowed all the dark times.

Some great things and memories happened to me recently which inspired my stay on the platform. Life is sometimes beautiful and fun, but confusing sometimes due to one rough moment or the inability to achieve a certain goal or the other. Life is a collection of moments, all we need to do is enjoy the good moments for we may never know what comes next.

My journey on steemit began 3 months ago on 16th April 2021. As a newbie, things were tough. I could sit down for hours and make posts without getting recognition. My mentality before my steemit journey was to earn some money for self upkeep. You can imagine how devastating it was when I put in effort without getting some money. I became worried but because of my love for writing, I persisted. I kept on making posts because I felt satisfaction anytime someone reads my post and gains valuable information from what I put across.

Moreover, I had seen most of my friends getting good upvotes from booming01 and steemcurator01. I always had the feeling that my posts will not go in vain. I began to wonder who steemcurator01 actually is. I searched on google several times but to no avail.

On 5th June 2021 that's 2 months ago, steemcurator01 made himself known to me after making about 45 posts😂. This was my first time receiving an upvote above 10$. I shouted and jubilated because I have been anticipating it for a long time. This upvote was on a dairy game I posted. To my surprise, steemcurator01 gave me an upvote of 15.35$. I gave God all the thanks because I had really suffered.😃

Steemcurator01 made me know he is ever caring, generous, and ever kind. His vote motivated me to always make good posts. I trust no great content will go unnoticed by this great personality. Since then I have been receiving more upvotes from steemcurator01, booming 01, booming02, booming03, and booming04. They make life joyous on the steemit platform. There is always motivation to write more. I am able to take care of myself because of steemit. Glad I was introduced to this community. The best part of it is that steemit has helped me buy a new phone which is iPhone X.

Because of how happy I was, I wasn't hesitant to tell my roommate @pandev about my great surprise. He was really happy for me because he had seen the struggle and the time it took to get this vote. We had a good time that evening. It gave my friends who had not received this upvote hope that there's a brighter time ahead and their content will be duly rewarded.

I am a fan of surprises. Because of this, I am looking forward to more surprises. With hard work, determination, and the creation of good content, I am certain I will get more. I will use this opportunity to urge everyone on the platform not to lose hope but should continue with the good work because rewards will be given to posts of good content and free of plagiarism. To be able to help other users and also to be able to surprise them, it is my aim to always increase my steem power, vote quality posts in the community and resteem plagiarism free content. I am motivated to write more because I have come to love writing.
