How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah....

Eye is considered as most important part of body and it is very unfortunate to know that kids are getting many of the abnormalities in their eyesight so let's discuss importance of eyes and about abnormalities of eyesight in kids.

Eyes are very important to us because without eyes we cannot see anything and eyes have a main role to show us different colours and to differentiate different colours and to see different things that which thing is beautiful and which is not so all these differentiations are made by eyes and there is also around in mind to judge something.

If we suppose our life without eyes then life seems to be very dull and we all should be thankful if we have good eyes with good eyesight and should be careful about our eyes to protect them from any of the damage.

Kids are getting many of the eyesight problems day by day and there are a lot of factors involved behind. Some of the important factors that are involved in eyesight problems of kids I am discussing below:

• Excess of everything is bad and I really agree with it so excessive use of eyesight is also bad especially we talk about use of eyes in different technology is like while playing games at mobile phone or computer without taking any essential precaution.

• Second important thing is lack in nutrition which have been seen a lot from several years in children because when a baby born then due to maternal deficiencies baby also labs a lot of nutrients but when he don't get that essential nutrients through his diet then he becomes deficient in vitamin A vitamin k and many of the Other vitamins that are important for eyesight and that's why they get abnormalities in eye sight.
