Favorite subject in school | Contest #5 entry by @kyara2

Hello steemians,
Thanks to @steemkidss for this contest. It reminds me a lot of my days in school. The happy days and hard days as well while studying.

My favorite subject in school was Christian Religious Education(CRE), also known as Divinity . I studied it for the whole of my secondary level. In O’level, I was doing CRE from Rubaga Girls Secondary School. I was very good in it and that made me love it the more. It was soo easy for me because most of the things we studied about were in our surroundings and others in the Bible. Many people found it hard to pass but it was a walk over for me. In the first place I liked it because my teacher was my good friend so I was always free to ask what I had not understood and always consult where I found difficulties.

When I started my A’level, I still took it as Divinity for those two years. It had three parts but I thank God I still tried hard and passed it. Paper one was very easy for me because it was about the Old Testament. Paper two was a little tough, it was about the New Testament. There was a lot to cover whereas paper four was also friendly since I always read hard for it. It was inters to read about. In the end, I passed my divinity with a “B”.

I was very good in it and my teachers knew about it. My Div two teacher at times caned me when I declined because he did not want me to perform badly. It was my best done subject always and my teachers where proud of me but unfortunately I am not applying it anywhere currently. I wanted to Ben a lawyer and it’s why I had to perfect my CRE but my parents did not want me to do Law, so am now doing business and not applying it anywhere.
I always help my little ones in CRE when they are doing their homework and holiday work because it was my favorite subject and I still have knowledge about it till today.
