Contest: Share your joy in steemit journey@latifah09

Hello friends in steemkids. Hope everyone is doing great. Actually, this is going to be my first post because I recently joined in. Even though the society am in right now there are no much kids, but I joined the community as a kids lover because I really want to be them.

I would like to thank @ngoenyi for putting up this wonderful contest because everyone has his/her own experience in steemit. That's why I also decided to take part in this contest.

Firstly, am going to answer the first question which says that what did I hear which made join steemit?
As we were in the lecture room discussing because we were preparing for the exams before the complete lockdown, a gentleman entered in the room, greeted us and we had no idea of what he was going to talk about because it was our first time to see him. He introduced steemit website to us, talked many good things about it. Of course many didn't pay attention at first. But in his conversation what captured my mind was that, I can work from home and also handle my studies at the same time. That meant to me that I can spend some of my time doing something that can add value in my life. I didn't join in right away because my phone was in a bad condition by then and that's why it took me so long to join.

Secondly it's about my joy ever since I joined steemit.
For the small time I have been on steemit, I can proudly say that I have really enjoyed a lot. Especially, in this lockdown we are in. Steemit has made me active and creative especially mentally. It acts as a resting place to me. No stress, no over thinking especially about bad times which could actually affect my mental health.

Thirdly, what make me smile on steem??
Steemit combines people from different countries. That makes me happy because I can chat with different people for example from Nigeria, China, India among others. In this was I can even get friends from different areas.

Who has contributed to my joy??
I really appreciate @yohan2on is the guy who came to us, and told us about this great website. He always check my posts and curate on them and that has gave me courage on this platform. And also the friends from different areas who always appreciate my work.

Lastly, do you think your joy is capable of attracting someone to steemit?
I strongly agree that my joy can actually attract someone to steemit. In this current situation we are in people are idle, spending most of the time sleeping, nothing much they do which add value to their lives. If they hear about this am very sure that they will become eager to join. Because this is really life changing.
