How it all began
My journey through steemit began when I was signed up by my aunt @ngoenyi. Before that I was always curious about what she was doing with her phone. Then she started explaining some things to us and I grasped the meaning of every thing. It was like I was already a steemians even though I haven't signed up yet.
Since I didn't have a phone at that time I thought I could never have my own account. But she surprised me one day; she got a new phone for herself and gave me the old one, I was so happy. Finally! I can now join steemit. She then signed me up immediately and urged me to write my introductory post.
That is where the real steemit journey began.
Things I have learnt
Upon joining steemit I have been able to learn a lot of things.
Find below the areas in which steemit has benefited me:
- Basic language skills
- Markdown application
- Developed typing skills
- How to make post using proof of brain
- Improved writing and learning skills
- Brain enhancement
- Signing someone up
- little knowledge of cryptocurrency
- How to exchange sbd to steem
There are many other things I have learnt from steemit. This is how amazing this platform can be.
Challenges I face in steemit
As I mentioned in my opening remark, embarking on a journey can also be challenging as there will be some bumps on the road.
Well my challenges are very few and insignificant to me as my family members are all steemians. We help each other through our steemit journey.
Sometimes I face a big challenge of what to post. I'd love to make post every day but some times I feel as if every thing has been posted and nothing left to post.
Also how to put the post together is also a challenge.
Advice for Steemkids community
Steemkids community has been doing a great job in welcoming everyone. They make sure they do not leave any post unanswered and I appreciate the community for this
Also the lessons are very important for the kids, they should be made more fun.
My advice for the community is that it shouldn't let it's hand drop down. The community should continue with the good work they have been doing.
I also advice that the community runs some charity for less privileged kids, support them with the basic necessities to join steemit.
How steem community can be of help to me
I will love the steem community to continue assisting everyone and treat everyone equally.
They are already doing a good job in this area. I do appreciate them for that.
Also I wish that all communities in steemit are like Steemkids community who always make sure they leave both comment and votes on our posts.
Thank you dear @steemkidss
Also kids exclusive contests should be made since most kids cannot compete with adults in a contest.
My gratitude goes to @steemkidss and @peachyladiva for organising this contest. It's been a very interesting one.
I invite @ekemini5 @justicechigo @chiomzy810 to also participate in this contest.
