Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends. How are you all. I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty. May Allah protect us all from evils and bless us all from health and wellness Aameen. This is my participation post for Food Challenge Week #9 organized by @steemkidss . My daughter Hamna made sandwich for her self in the evening after she returned from school, she is in grade 5 and 11 years old, in Japan cooking lessons starts from grade 5 and she learnt making sandwich in the school but those sandwich are simple boil egg sandwich, she wants some variety in sandwich that's why I told her make **Egg Cheese Sandwich** and told her recipe, she made it very well Alhamdulilah. Let's share ingredients and step by step directions.

Egg Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients::

~~ 2 Eggs (hard boil)
~~ Butter 2 tbs (soft)
~~ Mayonnaise 2 tbs
~~ Ketchup 1 tbs
~~ Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
~~ Salt 2 pinches (as per taste)
~~ Slice Cheese 2
~~ Bread Slice 2

Directions::

// Take 2 egss and boiled them hard
// Smash the eggs with the help of fork
// Add mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and ketchup in butter and mix well
// Add smashed eggs and make a mixture with the help of spoon
// Cut the edges of bread and wet it's corner with water
// Spread the mixture of egg on the slice evenly
// Cut the slice cheese in half and put on the mixture Place one on top of the other
// Put the sandwich in sandwich maker and grill it until done (as you like)
// Yummy and tasty egg cheese sandwich is ready
