Writing Contest: What Is A Family?

Greetings everyone, we owned families and this will give us a great and wonderful way of living if we have a wonderful family. This is also a part of our daily lives and this is also very important to us so that we can guide up, give a proper disciplines, nurture with love and protection. In this contest, we will tackled what is Family all about and what are the parts to become one and strong Family. But first I really appreciate this contest very much and I really like to join to expess my thoughts and own opinions about the said topic. But first, I would really appreciate this wonderful contest and I would like to thank, @emsonic for mentioning and inviting me here. As for my deep understanding about the meaning of the Family, this is the scenario that consists Man [Father], Woman [Mother], Sibblings [Children] . This the Primary members to create a Family. We achieved a good and happy family if our relationship between our Parents or the relationships between the Children and the Parents is very strong.

There are many traditions or Practices to create and build a Family and one of this are the marriage. In old traditions or in old ways, Marriage is the first step before making a family and nothing else. Allow me to share my own point of view about this. Weddings is one of the best tradition in whole wide world. Even in other countries, they also do wedding ceremonies between two lovers. They vow and pledge with each other about their true and pure love and no one can take them apart until death will came.

Here in the Philippines, there are few types of Marriage Practices that we always do and this are our tradtions here in the Country. These are:

• Candle Lighting
• Coin Blessing
• Tying nuptial cord
• Throwing of Rice Grains

1. There is always hope despite of many obstacles, tests, tempations and problems of the newly wed couple .Candle Lighting is the symbolizes of light of the Family. This light will lead straight path in a succesful, prosperous and abundants of living.

2.Coin Blessing is the symbolizes of abundance and prosperity also. It can give a wealth like money. Money is one of the most important thing, it can give and got the things necessary to the Family. In terms of businesses, this is also a lucky charm so that the couple will be successful in their business that can help to their Family.

3.Tying Nuptial Cord it symbolizes strong relationships between Man and the Woman. Strong relationship is very important so that the Family will not be broken. One of the most affected if the Family will broke are the children, that is why it should be strong in Relationship always.

4.Throwing Rice Grains this is also symbolizes prosperity and abundants. Rice grains is very important in the Family specially for their meals, also it will also serve as the goodluck to all particularly, farming, harvesting and food supplies.

This kind of Marriage practices is different but the uses are in one, by giving the new couple a goodluck and good living as newly wedding couple.

There are benefits of living together in the Family and my Own opinion with this are very basics;
1.It will lessen the house chores and the work will easily done. This kind of situations is very perfect, if each of the Family member will work together as a team, it can instantly finished all the work to do within a day or an hour perhaps.
2.It will unite all Family members and this will help to stay in strong relationship between the children and the Parents.
3.Protections is also very reasonable by living together in the Family. Our family specially the children needs some protection from their Parents.
4.Good social behaviour is also needed in here. Our parents will teach us a good discipline so that we can be responsible person not only in our home but also in the community.
5.Our Parents will also educate us. This will help us to become knowledgable person and to achieved our Ambitions someday. This is the key to success and no one can steal away from us.

We also owned a good and happy house and here in this place we can eat, watching televisions, Telling stories, Sleep together and playing together with our Parents. Home is also serve as being united as one family, it represents the strong relationship of Parents and children and the Parents can always monitored their children.

There are 10 extended family Relationship and these are;

6. Neices
7. Nephews
8. Laws
   These are also member in one and big happy family. My Advice to everyone, always keep your family relationship healthy and strong for the sake of your children and Grandchildren.
