En una de mis clases musicales les estuve orientando sobre los beneficios del baile, mientras bailamos todo nuestro cuerpo recibe una chispa de adrenalina y nos sentimos muy felices, por eso he creado esta iniciativa para mantener muy activos a los niños luego de hacer sus tareas, así podrán ejercitarse durante el día, además esta actividad les ayudará a tener una mejor salud para su cuerpo.
