Drawing challenge for week #16 ||Draw a peacock

Greeting the great people of the @steemkids community.
I believe that we are all healthy and well.
Another great week of a beautiful drawing where we continue to learn and grow in our drawings.
This one couldn't leave me out as I had to engage myself to draw this beautiful bird.
Thanks to @eliany for this contest. some of us are bringing out the art skills that we last practiced like 15yrs ago and enjoying every bit of it.

Describe a peacock.

A peacock is beautiful with eyes like a dotted feathered bird. It has a long neck with blue, green, and goldish colors.
Females are known as peahens and males are peacocks.

What qualities does a peacock have?
🔹 Peacocks are noisy and there are loud enough for someone who is far from hearing them.
🔹 Peacocks are colorful. they are blue, green, and goldish.
🔹 Peacocks feed on insects and buds.
🔹 Peacocks lay eggs
🔹 Peacocks are friendly birds.
🔹 Peacocks cannot fry very high but only to the height of trees where they go at night to hide from their enemies.
🔹 Peacocks love the rain season. they love dancing when it's raining and they open their feathers which is considered as a sign of them being happy.

Have you seen one before? If yes where?
Yes, I saw one when I went to visit the zoo.

Are they important to man, and what significant role do they play in human life?

• Peacocks are a source of income for men. peacocks are rare to some people and are sold to tourist attractions places.

• Peacocks are kept as per by man. though they are rarely found in homes because of their noises and too much pooping.

• Peacocks are important to some countries such as India where they are considered national birds.

• Peacock feathers are also used for decoration(craft) and making artistic materials in homes and art galleries.

Why do you like it?
I like peacocks because they are really beautiful and friendly birds.
It feels good to look at a peacock open its feathers.
