Today I am going to participate in the weekly contest organized by @ngoenyi (ADMIN) mam. So I thank @ngoenyi mam for organizing this contest every week. Like the other weekly contests, this week too a paper making contest has been organized to develop children's intelligence and skills. Anyway, now I am showing you my paper craft.

The name of the thing I made

The item I made today is a pen holder which I made with some colored paper. I made this pen holder this morning which took me over 1 hour and 20 minutes to make.

Steps to make a pen holder

Materials required for making a pen holder :

• Blue colour paper.
• Red colour paper.
• Black colour paper.
• White colour paper.
• Light purple colour paper.
• Scissors.
• Paper glue.
• wood paper.

Step 1,

First take some colored paper.

Step 2,

Fold each paper of blue, red and light purple colored paper into four.

Step 3,

In this step, make a total of four small folds along the middle of the paper from all sides so that the folds are equal to each other.

Step 4,

In this step, turn the opposite edge of the folded edge of the paper over and fold the opposite edge.

Step 5,

Now turn the papers over to the opposite side again and fold the top edge of the paper equal to the folded part of the bottom paper and leave it folded again. Then it will be seen that a hole is made in the paper.

Step 6,

Now pull the edges of the paper and make a well enclosed hole around the paper.

Step 7,

Now glue around the paper pen holder made in this step and make the blue pen holder box in the same way.

Step 8,

The last step is to place a colored paper on a wood paper with paper glue. At the same time, glue the paper pencil boxes on the wood paper and draw eyes with black ink pencil on the front of the pencil box. But draw the eyes on white paper and place it on the box with paper glue.

How I got the idea of ​​making pen holder

I really like paper craft. So I have practiced them in different ways since my childhood. However, today's pen holder I saw from YouTube and made myself, which I presented to you now.

How useful is the one I made?

The pen holder I made today out of paper is really useful. Because in the pencil case I made, some small things like pens, pencils, rubbers can be kept in it which is really useful.

Inspired a kid to make this paper pencil holder.

I basically inspired my little girl to make this paper pen holder and taught her how to make it step by step in a very easy way which she was very happy to learn. Other times I take my younger cousin along to make these paper crafts so that she can gain knowledge. But today as she is not at home I took my little girl along to make it so she is inspired.
