Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am participating in the 6th week of Steemit Engagement Challenge S11 in the "Steem Kids & Parents" community in the Engagement Contest on the topic "DIY". I am delighted to be participating in the DIY theme for the last week of Engagement Challenge S11 as I love DIY crafts. However, now I present to you my post on the "DIY" topic of Engagement Contest.

What do I mean by DIY?

By DIY I mean DIY. Do it yourself is short for DIY. Especially the works that we sometimes do various papercraft, bottle craft including various drawing etc. are called DIY. DIY crafts are my favorite and I have shared many DIY posts on steemit platform before.

How do I feel after making something myself? What do I use after making them?

Making various papercrafts or DIYs makes me feel good because by making these crafts I am gaining skills which means a lot to me. I can make a lot of things myself and have learned a lot of things from watching YouTube videos which I really like because I love making all kinds of DIY crafts.

I have kept some of the crafts I made earlier in my house and most of the crafts I have shared with my younger cousins ​​as they love these crafts a lot.

I kept some of the crafts I made and gave the rest to my younger cousins.

How to make my craft

For today's Engagement Contest, I have made a beautiful airplane out of blue paper and am here to show you how to make one that you might like.

Craft making materials ;

• Blue colour paper.
• Paper gulu.
• Scissors.
• Scale.

Step by step craft making ;

Step 1,

To make the airplane, first take an A4 size blue paper and fold the paper from both sides on the top of the paper.

Step 2,

Like the folded paper in the first step, on the first fold of the square blue paper again add two more folds from both sides of the paper. Then make a fold in half along the middle of the blue paper.

Step 3,

Now turn the triangular folded blue paper upside down and cut some parts of the paper with scissors so that the blue paper looks like an airplane.

Step 4,

Finally, turn the blue paper airplane upside down and straighten it and sharpen the front part of the airplane.

What is my advice for those who find it difficult to participate in DIY?

For those who find it difficult to participate in dIY, my advice is that it is not a difficult task but rather one that develops individual skills. Moreover, DIY made objects enhance the beauty of the house which is quite wonderful. DIY makes us feel good and is one of the ways to spend free time. So I think it's important to practice DIY for peace of mind.
