I love all fruits but especially Apple I like most.Not only are apples cheap and tasty ,but they're one of the most nutritious food in existence.Rarely is a food so tasty and so healthy at the same time.

You can improve your health and well being if you add only one apple to your daily routine.Apple contain incredible amount of fibers within them.
