The Diary Game: Meeting My Plantain Farm In Shambles/ Hanging Out With A Steemit Friend [10/03/2025]

Good day my steemit family, how are you all doing? Happy new week to everyone and welcome to today's diary, stay with me while I make your time worth while.

Monday kick-started the new week and It was all work and work for me. The first thing I did when I woke up was to go visit my plantain plantation because the last time I visited there was about 2 months and due to the high wind we had last week, I needed to go check it out.

On reaching my plantain farm, I met what I could call Disaster, my plantain farm was on shambles, I couldn't wrap my head around what just happened, I mean after I spent so much to acquire the land and cultivate this plantain, I don't get to earn anything from it. Truly I felt really bad and just wished I could only reverse back the hands of time but then it's one of those things.

I just put up the ones I could then returned back home. I wasn't even happy to be very honest so I went in and took my bath then had my breakfast, Infact I couldn't eat because of what just happened so I took my laptop and began to work, I worked for a while, it felt like was going to be depressed so I just my room, I mean who wouldn't be depressed with such loss?

When I left, I went to meet my steemit friend @etette and then we had a chit chat, he was already heading to the mill to grind his corn so I joined him because I haven't been there before, my spirit was getting revived because we discussed at length on our way.

On reaching the mill, I met the owners helping people grind their grains for them, they grinded alot of things here, I even struck a deal with them to get the residues from the mill to be feeding my chicken for a token and they accepted, I waited for my friend till he was done with what he went there for then we headed back home.

When I got back home, I began to work again so I could complete what I couldn't finish in the morning time. I worked till 4pm without taking any nap. When I left the house, I went to the nearest field to watch football match, these guys trusted me with their phones, anyways they know I won't run with their mobile devices.

After the match, I went to go meet my tailor to see if he was done with the cloth I gave him to sew because that's what I will be wearing to go to my granny's burial so I didn't want to get disappointed. When I got there, he was done with it, but I didn't like the buttons he used so I asked him to change it and he promised to so I went back home.

When I came back home, I took my laptop and stayed outside to blog on steemit before anything else, after I was done with my first and second post, I went on to go prepare something for dinner, I made rice with stew then ate it for dinner and then after eating, I took my bath and then login back to my steemit account to vote and comment on people's posts before the power holding restored light and I went inside.

Getting inside, I put in my television and watch some songs, at least I was going to enjoy my fan for the night because it's been a while these guys gave light at night. I watched my television till 11pm and I felt sleepy so I went to bed and that was a wrap for my Monday.
