Warm greetings my beloved steemians across the globe, hope you all had a wonderful day, mine was good as well. It's a pleasure to be here to participate in this amazing diary contest, my thanks goes to our dear admin @m-fdo for her consistency in organizing this wonderful contest.

Items I bought from the market

As I woke up that Tuesday morning at about 6:30am, after saying my morning prayer I still remain in the bed pressing my phone and thinking randomly on what I will be doing for that day since I wasn't going to work.

It was a work free day for me, so I tried my possible best to utilize that one day well. I was just on my bed rolling up and down while also waiting for all the children in the compound have gone to school and their parents have gone to their place of work, before I could open my door and go out and start doing my chores.

The first chores I had in my pen-down-list was to do my laundry. So I brought out all my dirty clothes including the bedspread. I had soaked the bedspread in water with detergent to help reduce the dirt from it.

I washed them very gently and neatly without any form of rushing. Within 1hour plus I was done with all the washing and I sprayed all of them on the line.

As I was done with the washing, I quickly brush my teeth, took my bath and then checked for what I will eat, it was already noon time so i did not want to take tea and bread. I had to prepare solid food and eat since I will be going to the market to buy some stuff.

I removed soup from the freezer, warmed it and also prepared garri and ate.

After I was done eating, I dressed, carry my bag and off to the market I went.
The market was so full, I had so many items on my list to buy, so I started entering the section one after the other to do my purchasing. But unfortunately I didn't see all the items I wanted, so I bought the ones I saw.

When I was coming out from inside market I saw where plenty women were gathering around and I noticed they were busy selecting shoes to buy, the seller of the shoe was doing discount on it that's why the crowd was much.

That was how I also join in the selecting session, but it wasn't an easy one, because of the struggling and dragging, another issue was, when you see the shoe you like , you will not see the complete two legs or the two legs might carried different size, I stood there selecting shoe almost an hour 😂.
Thank God I was able to find the complete leg and I made payment and left there.

As I left that lace I find a bus heading my destination and entered. I was so tired and hungry, luckily I saw someone hawking meat-pie so I called and buy one and ate inside the car as it was going.

As I got home, I just undressed and lay on the bed for some minutes to regain back my strength. When I finally regain back on my feet , I decided to check and confirmed all the items that I bought from the market, thanks to God as it was all complete.

It was already getting dark and hungry came calling at me. I just went to the kitchen and prepared something to eat, it was still garri and soup that I ate for my dinner.

After eating my dinner, I went and took a cold bath, before I retired to bed. I was glad I utilized my free day well.
