Good day my lovely steemians in steemkids. I believe that you are all doing great. Below is my entry for the week 2 drawing challenge.

Draw three dolphins

Choose any form of dolphin and draw. Be creative and show me your skills.

The Dolphins I drew are called the Bottlenose Dolphins.

I made use of an A4 paper and a pencil to carry out this drawing. I used this opportunity to teach my neighbours son how to draw a dolphin and I also taught him the behavioural pattern of this unique mammal that lives in in the ocean.

Describe a dolphin

Dolphins are not fish, do you know? Though they may look like it because they live inside water but they are mammals and not fish. Dolphins can be found in open oceans and can migrate from one ocean to another in search of suitable temperature. They are very friendly

What then is a Mammal?

They are warmblooded living things. Animals falls under these categories like dogs, goats, lion and many others. Human beings are also warmblooded

Differences between Dolphins and fish

Dolphins	Fishes
Dolphins have hairs on the body	Fishes have scales or smooth shiny skin
Dolphins have lungs that aids there breathing	Fishes have gills that enables them to breathe
Dolphins gives birth to their young like women do	Fishes lay eggs
Dolphins nurse their young through breast feeding	Fishes do not nurse there eggs

What do you like about dolphins?
Dolphins are very intelligent, they are so adorable that I wish to have one as a pet and they appear very friendly.

Have you seen one before? If yes, where?
No I haven't seen any live one before.

Are they important to man?

Although, dolphins are wild, hence they prey on fishes that lives in water, thereby reducing the number of fishes in the ocean. This reduction has helped to balance the food chain in their habitat.

Have you become a steemit dolphin? How many steemit dolphins are you? If you have not become one already, how are you planning to become one?

I am not yet a steemit dolphin, but I'm planning to be more consistent and also invest in steemit in order to achieve a Dolphin level.
