KINDNESS

We all different opinions about kindness but kindness to me means being nice,friendly,thankful, giving back to the community, but kindness would be beyond being nice and treating people with respect no matter the age group and income status.
Kindness also comes along with being considerate, empathy & understanding involving sharing of feelings with generousity.

WHO CAN SHOW KINDNESS AND WHY

I think every human being breathing can show kindness no matter the situation they are passing through.
A little smile and attention to the community is a sign of a kind person.
As a believer, i believe in showing kindness in return of God's blessing because being kind to others, you be kind to yourself. There are various reasons why we should be kind.

• It allows us to connect and build meaningful relationships with other people.
• Brings about connection and willingness to cooperate .
• Being kind also increases on your personal strength.
• Kindness may make the world a better place for you.
• Being kind to others may also solve your stress related issues.
• It increases motivation and confidence.
  

SHOWING KINDNESS

I also understand kindness through giving back to the community.
Giving back to the community brings a smile on my face. Me and my organisation team @braveUganda (on instagram), we normally give back to the community and interact among us as away of showing kindness.
I showed kindness when i celebrated with the kids around my community where we sharer food, drinks had stories together and they were so happy which brought a smile to my face too. And there happiness always motivates me to give back onto them.

I have also been shown kindness while in my college. This was when i didn't have school dues, both my parents had lost jobs and i had no way to go.
I sat in my classroom, tears couldn't stop rolling in my eyes. A random parent passed by and asked what was wrong with me ,i explained with hard cryings then he asked for my parents contacts. He was willing to pay my school dues and materials. Am happy to announce that am only remaining with one year to finish school. I will always appreciate his kindness he showed me.

IS KINDNESS A VIRTUE
I always define kindness as a virtue of showing love, symphathy, affectionate, warmhearted.
Kindness is also a behaviour with ethical characteristics and concern.
Therefore kindness will remain my greatest virtue because it increases the flow of vital energy into your body and mind.
Kindness virtue examples include :-

• Love - Empathy - Thoughtfulness
• Compassion - caring - Understanding
• Respecting others

HOW I LEARNT KINDNESS
I learnt kindness from home where it came to my awareness about my community on the poor standards of life they are living. So i striked up with a plan of giving back onto them with my little savings.

Lastly, if you want others to be happy, practice kindness, if you want to be happy, show kindness.
