In deed, neglects in the families can have negative effects on the kids. Inability or unwillingness of the father to provide the basic necessities of life to the family means neglecting the family.

I feel so bad for those two kids that are being neglected and beaten often. It's just unfortunate that life turns out that way for them. I pray their dad realizes and takes up the responsibility again. Success to you
