I will love to extend you warm greetings to everyone in @steemkids community including our lovely kids,I want to write on the health benefits of egg.
Many today refused to eat eggs, Maybe because of it’s smell, even some children don't like eating it too, and their parents also give up in giving their children egg, that is why I choose to devote my time to write and reemphasize on the health benefits of egg and why children should eat it .
Egg is made up of 2 layers the white and the yolk, no part of egg is less important both are beneficial since they contain important minerals we need for children's growth.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF EGGS TO CHILDREN
• EGG IS RICH IN PROTEIN: Protein as we know is very essential for growth, it helps in regeneration of cells in the body, when kids have the right percentage of protein they will grow stronger and healthier, therefore if a growing child eats at least one egg daily that child will not need multivitamins.
• EGG IS ESSENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BRAIN: There is a choline in egg (choline is a very important nutrient needed for brain health) when we eat egg we acquire the choline which helps in brain development.
• EGG PROTECTS CHILDREN FROM MANY DISEASE: It may interest you to know that egg contains omega-3 that is found in fish, which helps in children’s brain development, when children eat egg regularly, it reduced their risk of having arthritis and heart problems when they grow up.
• EGG CONTAIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF VITAMIN D: vitamin D is very essential for bone health which makes it very important for children, sunlight seems to be the only direct source of vitamin D, but egg contains vitamin D and it is also the only source of vitamin D as food.
• EGG ASSIST IN NAILS AND HAIR GROWTH: Egg contains amino see acid and this helps in the fast growth of hair and nails.
• EGG CONTAINS THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF VITAMIN B12: This vitamin is important for children's brain and nervous system development, so when children eat eggs they receive this vitamin B12 naturally.
• EGG CONTAINS A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF FOLIC ACID :When children regularly eat eggs they will have the right dose of folic acid.
In conclusion, I really appreciate all our kids, kids lovers, mummies in this @steemkids community, thank you for always reading through my post, try and eat eggs, for it is beneficial, there are different methods of preparing eggs that can make eggs interesting to eat, pictures below outline them.
