Hello beautiful steemkids family, it's with joy i participate in this contest of summer season in my country. We all belong to a place that has seasons. I hope to learn and know about people's weather conditions. I want to thank @ngoenyi for organising this contest.

Introduction

Summer traditionally happens to be a temperature that is very hot and dry. The weather occurs in different countries (region to region) around the world due to factors like environment,
latitude, longitude, etc. It is associated with dry and wet weather.

Seasons are periods in a year that comes with different weather conditions. Like we have the autumn, winter, spring, summer and monsoon. This shows that change is inevitable.

Summer Season In My Country(Wet)

My country is Nigeria and it naturally has hot climate within the year with a little difference. We have 2 seasons. We have the wet and dry season. We have the wet season that usually occur within April and October but it doesn't stay so sometimes.

This seasons changes in different parts of Nigeria. Like rain can fall in the East and not fall in the North. Wet season is not usually appreciated because of its disadvantages. Like clothes won't get dried, roads will be flooded, disrupts occasions, it causes erosion. It makes you go about with umbrella.

It causes accidents on roads because people hardly see where they are going and most times tyres don't get a grip on the road. It also spoils roofs. Its few advantage is that it waters crops for farmers and the weather is always cold ,yet it causes illness.

Dry Season

This is a hot season that has little or no rainfall. It occurs between November to March. It is generally appreciated because it has its advantages and few disadvantage. For advantages, this season is when families usually go on trips and vacation. Occasions are fixed for this season, like weddings, convocation, matriculation, etc.

Clothes can get dried at anytime of the day even at night. Businesses flourish because rain isn't affecting roads or stopping customers. It's disadvantage is that the weather affects health and can make one sweat. It causes rashes, dried throat and cough.

Conclusion

The two seasons in Nigeria are appreciated.
