Greetings to you all in steem kids and parents I want really say thank you to the organizer of this contest it's has really help us to learn, relearn and unlearn old pattern of cooking and adopting this new method through the recipe given to us by our dear steemians friends and for the kids it's help them to learn so that they will be great Chef in their own home.

So today I want to share how I Prepare Egg Sauce With Boiled Yam it's really a delicious meal that can be eaten either as breakfast or dinner

Fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, Onions, Yam, palm oil, 6 Eggs, Maggi, salt a Peel your Yam and wish it cut it into desired size but my own I slice it into small pieces so that it will not take time then add sizable quantity of water then cook it on fire

Dice your fresh tomatoes and onions, crack your eggs and stir it and pound your fresh pepper

Put your frying pan or put on fire allow the water inside to dry and then put your palm oil allow it to Hot,then put pitch of salt add your onions and fresh tomatoes stirred it for a while put your Maggi, pepper and salt and the water to dry small before putting your stirred eggs
