Let me ask kids ,has there been a time when you forgot to say thank you? If there has been ,please it shouldn't be a habit.
Saying thank you is one of the good manners we all should cultivate, it shows that we appreciate the person we thank,respect that person and cherish the gift he or she has given.
Saying thank you as much as it makes the receiver happy, makes you happy,studies have shown that those who show gratitude or appreciation have happier lifes ,so kids please always say thank you ,even to your mates when they do things for you.

Parents you have a whole lot to do when it comes to teaching your children this important manner,start from an early age to introduce this teaching to them and do not make any excuse for their bad behaviour.

HOW CAN YOU TEACH YOUR CHILD TO BE THANKFUL ?

• Always say thank you yourself,yes when your child observes your actions , he or she is likely to follow suit.
• Take time to write letters of appreciation with them, messages or make phone calls can also be useful.
• Ask your child when he or she receives a gift what he did or thinks he or she should do.
• Never make excuses for ingratitude.
• Speak to your child about the importance of being thankful or saying thank you.

Children please listen to your parents when they teach you ,it is for your 👍 good. Saying thank you will endear you to people and will help you become a happier person,so the next time someone does something good or kind for you what should you say kids?
