Weekly Contest 16 || The Diary Game - 27 September 2024 || Volunteering To Carry Out Maintenance

What a great day's walking to keep fit has prove to be!

My day's work starts out as early as possible in the morning when I join other volunteers to journey to the convention ground at Mbiokporo, Uyo.

I was surprise to see the number of volunteers that turn up for the exercise, it was impressive.

After a brief safety talk and caution we were split into groups and then shown our various portions of work.

The work commences in earnest and every one is busy working out their heart in their respective portions of work.

Even the women were very energetic in their respective work portions.

In fact no one shows a lazy attitude to work, it was really a lovely atmosphere to behold.

Thereafter there was a noon break where we were treated to sumptuous meal, and after that we return to the work again.

At the end of it all we were happy to be among those who volunteer to carry out the maintenance and cleaning work.

Finally we parted and I returned back home with great rejoicing in my heart. Even though I felt tired, I am not tired out.

What a handful of activities for the day! Really a great memorable dairy!
