My Pictures, My Memories Contest WK #03 👉My Picture Album Is Safe With Steem.

I am happy to participate again in week #03 of this My pictures, my memories contest organised by @ngoenyi. Today I will still be sharing pictures of my mother. My reason for saving her pictures here is because I cherish her so much and will love to keep sweet memories of her. I am equally saving her pictures so that during her burial ceremony I will still have quality pictures for the burial programme.

This is a picture of when my mother, Deaconess Glory Essien was the President of Nka Ima in the church. During her tenure that year there was a contest during the women fellowship event among other women groups and hers emerge the winner under her leadership. This showcases an excellent leadership capacity that Mummy posses to lead and direct women in peace and harmony. I like this picture because it reminds me of her peaceful Mummy is and the good lifestyle she lives which is worth emulating.

This particular picture was taken in church during my wedding ceremony in 2020. This is how beautiful my mother looked that day with beautiful smiles on her face though filled with mixed feelings as her only child was taken away from her by marriage. This picture is very unique and important as it keeps the memory of that memorable day fresh in our mind.

This one is the picture of me and Mummy still in 2020 during my indoor traditional marriage ceremony. This picture is also very important to be saved because it reminds me of how understanding and considerate she was during that period. We couldn't make the event a bigger one due to financial constraints. It was colorful and portable though.
