👉What does neglect of responsibilities mean in a family🙇?

Before answering this question I want to explain what is the definition of a family according to me. Family is a relationship where there is love, affection, respect and responsibility. If any one of these is deficient, the happiness, peace, ideals of that family are affected. The term "neglect of responsibilities" has a deeper meaning. Responsibility is something you can't ignore if you want to. But I don't consider people who neglect their duty to be moral people. Each member of a family is directly and indirectly related to and dependent on each other. Everyone has a responsibility to each other.

These responsibilities vary by age, relationship, and gender. The main responsibility of the elder members of the family is to love the younger ones, to advise them to guide them in the right way. Every child in a family should take care of their old parents, grandparents or elder members, helping them in all their tasks. And not fulfilling the above responsibilities properly is Neglect of Responsibility

Yes, I have seen very closely a family neglected by one of the male members of that family. Don’t ask me about the effects on the kids of that family. The family I will talk about is the educated and established family of the society. The sole earning member of the family suddenly started neglecting his duties with dire consequences for the kids of the family. The two sons of that family were children and the elder child was mentally broken to see his father's neglect of duty towards the family. Despite being a brilliant student, he slowly became homebound and became addicted to his mobile phone. As a result of which the future of that child is running towards darkness gradually. Even if the elders of the family accept the issue of "neglect of responsibility", the younger ones cannot accept it and it affects them adversely.

👉Your advice to parents who neglect their responsibilities towards their kids.

It is not my advice to parents who neglect their responsibilities towards their children but I will request them to think about their children and fulfill their responsibilities properly.

• Please give your children enough time to express their feelings to you.
• Establish a friendly relationship with your children rather than showing fear.
• Try to fulfill the basic needs of your children.
• Make your child the main and first priority in your life.
• Avoid misbehaving with or with other family members in front of the child. Because children are greatly influenced by these behaviors.
• Basic knowledge of your child is the responsibility of parents, do it properly and your child's future will be bright.

👉Your advice to the kids who are neglected

There is no one who seems to me more helpless than those who are neglected in the family. Family is a place of trust for any human being, especially children's only refuge. From there, if a child is neglected, everything may seem meaningless to him. In history, there are many cases where many children who are neglected by the family are doing various bad things, drug addicts and even crimes. My advise to them is never give up, life is beautiful.
