i really appreciate @steemkidss for this cool topic, this topic is one of a kind, some people has interpreted discipline in different ways some miss judge it to be act of love some thing it is of the hate, so today I will explain to us in my own understanding how I see and interprete discipline.

How do you view discipline?

Discipline is the act of changing a mind set of another person to understand and follow the right path, this could be done by the parent to a child or from the teacher to it's students, when an individual follow the rules and does not find a habbit of breaking the law it shows that he or she is discipline.

Have you been disciplined before?

I have been discipline before, I stayed and grow up with my parents they have been the one seeing me through till now, there taught me all that I know if in anyway I go out of line my parents will surely call me to other.

In my family we have a law that junior brother shouldn't call the senior by its name, but they should add senior to it's, through this it was very difficult for the junior to disrespect the senior.

Do you consider discipline as love or hatred despite how it is given

When I was very young I always cry to my dad telling him that my mom hates me because she always stand against my wrongs, so some time weistake this, anybody that choose to show you the right path it might feels wrong.

But I believe that if there is no love that an individual will not waste his or her time correcting your mistake, so yes it love 💖.

Do you think discipline is beneficial to kids?

I believe that the reason for education is that we could be discipline, it is very necessary that all kids go through discipline in other for them to be able to possess a good behaviour especially in the society, in my country we call it home training.

Your personal advice to those who give discipline and to those who receive it"

Students

My advice to the once recieiving discipline is that we all understand the right and wrong, so if we have someone that cares so much to discipline you positively please instead of pushing it away try and adjust to it.

Teachers

Also to the people giving discipline, I believe there is a proper and unique way of correct and individual especially the kids, you should force it on the person rather convince he or she by making the person see and know that it is the right thing to do, in this way you will not be seen as an enemy.
