introduction
hello guys is February, before I start I want to wish you all a happy new month and also I hope you all are doing great? my prayer this year was like "let this year favour me and my family" and I can smoothly say that it is going as plan.
_we have gone this far since we were introduce to this world, so once in a while we all need to pause and then enjoy ourselves because it has not been easy.
_so today was a very long and busy day, so me and my friend decided that today we have to choose a different kind of lunch to consume before sleeping, this meal is a native food for Akwa ibom people in Nigeria.
it is call "BOLAY" it is very delicious, it is made up of plantain and yam with fish and some peeper sauce on it, this plantain/yam is not cooked rather it is been burnt in fire till is is ready to eat.
a plate of BOLAY is over 1dolar now, so I an my friend stop by and then we place an other for it we decided to stay out door and enjoy this meal, so we did and then I other a bottle of coke each to cool us down.
i am really proud of my land, because of the blessings that was buried in it, we have alot of delicious meal which even me i have not yet experience, but i am now in a mission to taste all the local meal one after the other before this year runs out🤩
so many people has not really had a chance to taste this meal, so I am telling you now to try it, make sure that the sauce is made up of peeper else you won't get desame result as mind, thank you all for your time
