Hi steemians warm greetings to you this is the creative writing of my food contest participation

Before I start I will love to tell you what I want to prepare and the ingredients that I used in cooking the food and the recipe also

Today am preparing rice and beans stew, and here is the ingredients used in preparing it

Ingredients

• rice
• beans
• pepper
• tomato 🍅
• onions
• maggi
• palm oil
• cray fish
• salt

Firstly I prepared the beans while I gave my mother the rice so that she will prepare it for me. after I prepared the beans, I switched on one side of the burning gas, I put the pot that I want to use in preparing the food, I poured water inside the pot, then I put it on the gas, after that I collected the rice from my mom's place, I washed it very well to avoid sand then I switched on the order side of the burner I took a big pot that will contain the rice, I poured water inside the pot then I put it on top of the fire 🔥 like this

I poured the rice that I washed inside the pot like this then I waited for it to get boiled

I also poured the beans that I washed inside the pot like this then I waited for it to get boiled also

Step three

After the rice got boiled I poured it in a rubber, then I wash it again, after washing it I waited for the beans to get boiled, after the beans was boiled I poured it in a rubber and washed it also,

Step four

I washed the pepper, onions, 🍅 tomato, after washing it I pounded all the ingredients inside the mortar like this

Step five

I poured oil inside the pot then I took the pounded ingredients and pour it inside the oil I left the ingredients to get fried then I poured water inside the pot, I sprinkle salt, maggi, and pounded cray fish inside the the pot, after that I left the water to get boiled then I poured the beans inside the pot like this

This is my final result of the beans stew

For the rice after I finished washing the rice I poured small quantity of water inside the pot then I left on the fire 🔥 for all while, the rice is ready to consume
