Hello beautiful kids and kid lovers, I'm super excited to be with you, my name is Ime Gabriel and I'm your craft teacher who will be taking you on craftwork. I want to used this medium to send a shout-out to @steemkidss, @ngoenyi and all moderators of Steemkidss.

In our lesson today I will be showing you how to make rose with your hands. Materials needed:

• Velvet material
• Scissor
• Candle gum
• Safety pin
• Lighter
• Compass
• Nail
• Measurement tools

The measurements tools are two; the big and small. The big one is 4cm while the small one is 3cm. To make one rose you need five big circles and one small circle.

The velvet material has two side it's has the positive side and the negative side. In order to get your circles, you draw a circle using the compass on the negative side of the velvet, when turned to the positive side you will see the sketch of the circle, use the scissor to cut it out carefully, repeat this process to get four more big circles to make it five with the aid of the big measurement tool and then cut the last circle which is the small circle using the small measurement tool.

These are some of the steps I took in making rose;

First step is the marking of the material with the big measurement tool to get the five circles as shown in the picture.

Second step you cut out the circle with the scissor, after getting the five circles you fold it into two to get a semi circle, then you fold the semi circle into two to get a conical shape and add gum in between it. You are to fold four of the big circle, remaining one big circle.
