It's another week of the recreation review contest and I'm delighted to share my entry in this week's contest where I will have to share the recreational activities I did for the week.

Every week we do one or more different recreational activities to keep our body and soul together. This also helps us to keep fit as it is mostly done during our leisure time. This week I wasn't feeling too good because I had plans to start my exercise in the gyming center.

So because I wasn't strong enough to join them in the just concluded week, I will try and see if I can join them in the coming week. I want to start a serious workout on myself because I have discovered that I'm getting more fat as the day passes by.

This week I have been indoors all through because I was given treatment in my home. So that didn't stop me from carrying out some recreational activities that I can do while at home such as watching movies and also reading my novels.

So this week what I focused on during my recreational review was watching movies and also reading my books. This week I focused on a series titled Game of Thrones (GOT). I have heard much about the movies but I didn't lay my hands on them until recently when I was sick and at home and I decided to download and watch the movies from the first to the last season.

The movie Game of Thrones is quite an interesting movie that everyone will love to watch because it is made up of drama and it portrays ancient traditions and how the people of old lived their lives and survived while fighting wars with different countries and nations.

Also, the book I focused on this week was titled The Seven Laws of Power. It is a spiritual and inspirational book that teaches more about powers and the laws governing the different powers that exist on earth. I was told not to read these books because they may change my beliefs as it is written under a strong spiritual influence.

Well, I didn't see anything wrong with the book even though in this first stage I read it as a novel. I will go back to read it more and try to understand the message much better when next I go back to the book but one thing I'm certain is that I will learn something new from the book.

So both activities are what I did throughout my stay this time at home. I want to say here that I still enjoyed the recreational activities even when I didn't go out. I was still able to entertain myself and also learn something from the book I read.
