Is it poverty or Economy? How to make half cup of cassava flakes rise by @safemoontech52

Greetings to everyone in community. Steemkids is the best community for kids as they can express their own thoughts, share their skills and also learn from others. This content topic is basic as it will help many Nigerians today simplify their use of certain resources or products. The price of goods are on the increase today in Nigeria. Even the one that was much cheaper and affordable has also added with little value. Just imagine! A cup of long grain rice is the price of a steem. As at some years back, it was the price of half a steem. How do you make garri rise for those that are into sipping? Many may call this poverty mindset or handwork but to me, it's very much far from that. No matter how much you have and is willing to spend, it will finish someday. You can choose to be economical by saving food items and not just using it because it's available.Can you imagine? I made half cup of garri rise to the brim of my plate. Normally, half a cup of Garri won't nourish or satisfy a normal garri sipper. Many Nigerians, most especially those living in rural areas have been doing this to manage their resources since they have limited or don't just want to waste. This making Garri to rise is the job of many students living in school. They do this to preserve their resources since they don't dwell with their parents for the meantime. Personally, this practice has helped a lot and has conserved garri that last me for more than a month. Some may ask; What if someone is badly hungry at the moment and wants to sip garri to subside the hunger as he waits for food. Will he have to soak the garri and keep for minutes before sipping it? The answer is plain. Considering that situation, one may not reason soaking the garri for minutes but under normsl circumstances, you too can try. This is how you go about it.

• Take out a clean bowl and then take out any quantity of garri preferably half or a cup.

• Pour the half cup into the bowl and then soak with water.

• Stir continually and remove the shaff from the garri if any.

• Pour the old water and put a fresh wa2ter and then allow for 15 minutes. Check out the result and thank me later. If at all the water dries up One benefit of making garri rise is that it makes the garri soft
