Greetings to everyone in this community. It's another steemit engagement challenge in steemkids and this time it's on Technology.

Write An Overview Of How Technology Has Impacted The World As A Whole

Technology plays an important role in the world. It has impacted and affected the world both positively and negatively. The world we find ourselves in today technology advances tends to be common. The model phones and the internet are unique examples.

One aspect of the impact technology has on our society and also on the world at large it's how it affects learning. Technology has made learning to be more interactive and also creating the opportunity to come together in achieving a common goal in the aspect of learning.

It's great the engagement for individuals or people to understand better a material that they seem to have challenges with. It is also an avenue in which resources are openly accessible.

It also creates the accessibility for us to use the internet at a full cycle of the day(24hours). Creating the possibility for us to assess almost anything online. Walk Abingdon more easier with the use of the internet student can take quizzes, examinations more easily.

It also creates the enablement for teachers to hold classes online. Student can look up to the internet such as YouTube and the social media for better understanding of topics. Does development in technology has made learning fun, comfortable, convenient, and accessible.

Another way technology has impacted the world today is true communication. Technology has affect how we talk and communicate with one another throughout the for example they are social networking, emails, face timing all video calling with someone or a person that stays or leaves on the other side of the world also video conferencing has created an opportunity for us to have conferences online.

But more so technology has a negative impacts in the world today
Technology has created or has made people not to have time for their personal self they are always busy either on the internet or social networks.

Many student has lost interest in school works or activity because of the much attention paid on the on necessary things online such as chatting and playing video games and also movies

Positivity And Negativity Of Technology In A kids life

POSITIVITY:

• It promotes solving skills for problems

List of the kids video games and being designed in order to navigate and shape a kid's thinking in solving problems. Some video games such as GAME MINE CRAFT is a perfect example,
In de game the user are to make the decisions on how to manipulate the characters that are being placed in new surroundings and environment thus they require food and shelter so children are now allowed in making the decisions quickly smartly.

And we're playing this game they are posed with different types of challenges and problems and also roadblocks which they should navigate and solve the problems.

Technologies such as these can now create any kids the mindset of solving their own problems creating solutions for their problems and challenges such as homework challenges, and hardship

Due to the development in technology the interaction and relationship between a child and his parents and friends would appreciate children will be more interested in focusing on their phones either through chatting online or playing video games and so on

-Reduces sleep quality
Children and adolescents who uses their devices before bedtime are prone to not having a good sleep. Children at the age of 10 to 15 years are required to have good sleep in order to maintain and also improve gut health, weight and also their ability to pay attention but when the child uses the device during bedtime these qualities would be found lacking in such a child

How Would You Rate The Impact Of Technology On A Kid's Life? Highly Positive Or Negative

Personally technology has done a lot more in a child's life positively I am a clear example of someone who has experience much affects positively with technology. For example during the pandemic when schools and other organisations were being closed down technology proved to be another avenue for me to benefits both academically physically and morally.

Online classes were being held online which was really benefiting I even how to follow up programs that can build me up morally and emotionally. And more importantly physically.

It was as if I wasn't lacking anything in fact technology has a positive impact on me and also to other children as well so I will rate the positivity of technology in children's life as 80%

Can You Have Control Over The Exposure Of Kid's To Certain Amount Of Technological Products?How?

What parents need to know is that kids are more vulnerable when they are young so they should minimise the exposure of electronic gadgets for example mobile phones kids are not expected to have mobile phones when they are young and also video games and movies that might insight in their minds negative thoughts.

And also bearing should check on their children at night to know if they are sleeping or they are busy using their phones during bedtime.

Parents should also keep a close watch two friends their children keep online to the calls that they are making so that they will know when to strike and caution the child when possible.
