Tips to develop the healthy eating habits
•I want to give you some tips by which you can develop the healthy eating habits in your kid to encourage this thing first of all you must know that which thing is more nutritious and will be beneficial or good for your kid health.
- Then you can decide that what are the measures first you have to apply on you and which environment you should provide to your kid so that they may itself adopt or try to eat healthy foods.

•If parents wants from their kids that they should eat healthy diet and drink healthy and nutritious drinks including juices and shakes.
- For this purpose they should improve their self first and then they should expect these things from their kids.
•It's not possible that you are eating junk foods and you are saying to your child to eat the vegetables or meats or healthy foods.
•First of all you should quit your habits to eat junk foods and then you should told to their child that why you don't like to eat these foods because impulses of childs are very strong they adopt to the things that are occurring already in there environment.

- So cook the food in your home and tell your child the importance for cooking food so that they may adopt healthy habit and learn for their future itself not just for some years.

•Kids always like to entertain the activities and always like to go for shopping either the shopping for the clothes for the groceries.
•They always like outing. While shopping for the groceries you can tell them that what are the importance of which vegetable and which food it will encourage a healthy eating habit in them and developer interest in your kid to buy such healthy things.
