SEC17 WK:#3: large and small families, likes and dislikes
Good morning my steemian family, hope everyone is doing great. I have missed this wonderful house for two days, but I am back for good. My special appreciation to @steemkidss for bringing this wonderful contest to my notice.
For now, I am single but have already started planning on getting married next year by the grace of God. I grew up in a small family of three of which I am the senior, we are all boys. So I know the struggles and everything my parents passed true in other to train us in school.
Both the two have their advantages and disadvantages, choosing one will depend on my time and financial capacity. But normally I love large families because I love the people around me.
Like I said it will depend on the two factors that I mentioned above which are time and money. When I talk about time and money, I take into consideration the kind of work my wife and I will get. If the work will give us enough time and money to train our children, then I will go for a large family.
We can not rule out time and money when it comes to the proper training of children, most especially in a large family, for one to choose to have a big family, means that he can take care of their needs both spiritually and physically and that requires time and finance.

There is support in a large family that is bonded love.
There is protection against external intruders.
There are those special children that would help the parents in old age.
Housework would be easier to execute as a result of the population.

There would be a lot of disturbance in the house.
Children will be involved in fighting.
Without proper monitoring, the children would have bad character.
The family tends to be disorganized in times of disagreement.
But on the other hand, if I don't have money and time I would go with three children, for it will be easy to control as it has its advantages and disadvantages. The small family is easy to control and train your children the way you want them to behave.
The small family will also require time and money but not as much as that of the large family.

In small families the main income is not shared like in joint families. Hence the wealth increases. Increases the quality of life. One can earn more as it is not a matter of burdening another member. When the child grows up, he also helps the family financially. The small family's finances are growing from all sides.
