Hello Flower Lovers!
This time I display a flower that has the scientific name Ruellia Tuberosa. In my country, this flower is called Pletekan flower or Kencana Purple flower.
This flower is one of the flowers that is very easy to find. This flower is one of the most popular flowers, either planted as an ornamental plant in the yard or growing wild everywhere like the Purple Kencana flower or Pletekan I photographed on the side of the road, and it thrives there.
Uniquely, this purple plant has dry seeds that can explode if exposed to water and small children like to play with it. This Purple Kencana flower belongs to the Acanthaceae family which is spread throughout the world, especially in tropical countries such as Indonesia.
To give it a clearer signature, I took some photos yesterday afternoon on the side of the road among the low bushes, from several different angles.
