Weekly drawing contest|| week #23 Begins: Draw A Crocodile 🐊

Assalamualaikum my friends. I am Sharmin Aktar. I am from Bangladesh. How are you my dear friends? I hope everyone are very well and having a beautiful day by the grace of Almighty Allah. I am also very well and enjoying my day with steemit.Today I am participating a beautiful contest name "Draw a crocodile" arranged by @eliany. I would like to thanks @eliany for arranging such a beautiful contest. First time I am going to join a contest. So If I make any mistake then forgive me please.

Drawing Instruments:

• Art paper.
• 2B / Graphite pencil.
• Green colour pencil.
• Yellow colour pencil.
• Orange colour pencil.
• Pen.
• Eraser.
• Sharpner.

Drawing process step by step:

Step 1,

• First I take my graphite pencil and then I draw the crocodile top body part scene nicely.

Step 2,

• Then I draw the crocodile bottom body part scene, legs,tail, eye and mouth scene.

Step 3,

• In the next step I draw the crocodile tail part. Then I draw some curve line on the body and tail part nicely.

Step 4,

• Then I use my black colour pen and apply it over the crocodile picture.

Step 5,

• In the next step I start to painting. First I take orange colour pencil and apply over the eye. Then I take green and yellow colour pencil and apply ober the face and body top part nicely.

Step 6,

• In the next step I take again take the same colour pencil and apply on the bottom part and a leg part nicely.

Step 7,

• In the next step I apply colour on the other legs and tail by using green and yellow colour pencil. After that by taking photo with my art I finished my drawing.

Description of the crocodile

Crocodile is the largest reptile. Among crocodiles, the salt water crocodile is the largest in size. They can be over 20 feet tall. Weight can be a ton.Crocodiles live 30 to 40 years. However, saltwater crocodiles can live for 60 to 70 years.Crocodiles existed even during the time of the dinosaurs. But they were very large in size.Crocodiles can go days without eating once they have eaten. They do not chew food, they swallow it directly. They eat live or dead animals.Crocodiles dig holes in the ground before laying eggs. 30 to 70 eggs can be laid in that hole at a time.

Our lessons from crocodile life and crocodile foods

Crocodile is a silent and aggressive predator. They hunt almost all kinds of animals. And they are carnivorous animals. From them we learn the skills of hunting and the need for meat in our lives.

Where and how I saw crocodiles

I have seen crocodiles in our largest forest Sundarbans in Bangladesh. When I went on a trip with my family to Sundarbans, I saw crocodiles at the zoo. There were many crocodiles, small, large, medium sized. And there were many crocodiles born there.

Benefits of crocodile in human life

The Creator created everything on earth for mankind. So there are needs and benefits of crocodile in our lives. We use crocodiles mainly for exhibitions. Besides, crocodile skin is used for skin, teeth etc. So there is a need for crocodiles.

The terrible side of the crocodile

The terrible side of the crocodile is that they are very aggressive. Their character is very difficult to understand. It cannot be said when they will attack. And all their power is in their jaws. They break all kinds of hard bones with their jaws.Every year many people have been victimized by these crocodiles. So we should all stay away from it.
