Hi friends, is your upcoming favorite boy Louis, I promise to be everyone's new favorite in this community. It has been long I posted in this community so am glad am posting here today through this contest by honorable @simonnwigwe.

What are the changes you wish to see in the steemit platform?

The changes I wish to see in this steemit platform are quite 2 for now, they are;

Team

This is all about a teammate contest where at first different steemians in a community will be selected based on their birth months. It should be into four, those born within the month of Jan-Mar are group 1, Apr-Jun are group 2, Jul-Sept are group 3 then Oct-Dec are group 4.

Each group should have 2 leaders, at the end of the competition, the group that wins we have a huge reward.

Brain games

There should be online mobile games that improves the brain, here in steemit. It should be a game meant for two people, just enter the game portal and play with any steemian that's available, anyone who wins will get like 2-3 Steem at least. It should be played once a week.

Why do you think that these changes will help make the platform a better place for all?

Once there's a teammate contest in steemit, teamwork will be build in the lives of steemians, we are expected to always work together to win a contest. Through this we can know few of our strength and weakness in the act of co-operating with others to win.

The issue of games will help improve the minds of steemians, it can even be a question and answer game about steemit. I said it should be set up in a way where a steemian can play with someone once a week so that it can't affect the productivity of Steem.

If you have the opportunity to implement new changes in the platform, what are the new things you will like to put in place.

I will love to organize contests that are highly based on co-operation, this can improve the competitive spirit of steemit here. It will be a weekly contest and it must be standard and full of creativity.

Through this we can know steemians who can also win by co-operating with others and not working all by yourself.

Do you think the reward distribution in steemit is a key factor to development of the platform? Discuss.

Yes it is, each time steemians post gets voted in a nice way, they feel encouraged and more willing to post and engage more in the platform. We can't just post more than 300 words for nothing, assuming is just those short shorts Facebook post, it can be considered and assuming is a social media platform where we can chat, it would have also been considered.
