Who is a Moderator on the Steemit Platform

Hello friends, how has your day been? I hope. Am sure you guys enjoyed yourselves yesterday, it was a great day yesterday. I thank @simonnwigwe for organizing this contest for us. He's an ideal moderator.

Describe your understanding of who a moderator is in the steemit platform?

Based on my knowledge, a moderator is a person that organises contest in communities, just like what @simonnwiwge did as he organized this contest. A moderator is expected to always co-operate with the admin and the other moderators so that the community can keep on developing.

A moderator assesses the posts of steemians and making corrections on them where necessary. Am glad moderators exists in steemit.

What are the things a moderator is supposed to check in every post?

Being a Moderator isn't easy at all as you will have alot of tasks to do everyday in steemit.

The picture shows an assessment of a steemian's post by an admin, the admin complimented on the post before he displayed the result of her assessment.

Is very important that a moderator checks the following things in a post;

• Club status
• Bots
• Plagiarism
• Steemexclusive
• Voting CSI and so on.

What criteria do you think a user must obtain for him/her to become a moderator?

For a steemit user to become a moderator, the following must be obtained;

• Always active.
• Steem power of at least 1500 and above.
• Always having a good voting CSI.
• Having the ability to create nice posts.

If you are not yet a moderator, which community will you like to work in as a moderator and give reasons for your answers

I will like to be a moderator in the following communities;

Steem kids and parents : I love steemkids community much, they have lots of active users both kids and parents. I will love to be a moderator in this awesome community.

Steem kids and parents also has lots of nice rules, the community is even filled with lots of contests to choose from. I love the coordination of the community so much.

Conclusion

I will love to be a moderator someday in steemit, maybe by the end of this year. I love steemit so much and I will try my best to recruit more new members to the platform. Thanks for your time.
