Good morning kids lovers.
These are my friend's kids. They hang around me all the time because I sew with their mother in the together.
I decided to get them cucumber and I was surprised they really enjoyed it because I've never gotten that for them.
Cucumber can either serve as a vegetable or a fruit. So for today, I'm using cucumber as a fruit for my kids and the following are the health benefits of cucumbers.
I advise everyone to have the habit of eating a fruit everyday.
