I hope all of good by the grace of almighty God ,and must follewed SOPS on pandemic ,I am also fine .After short bread I am back with new recipe learned by my son from me ,he like baking so today In kids food Ebad ur Rehman learn about you guys🍪🍪 cookies method so let's start the recipe . For recipe ingredients list given below 👇👇

Ingrident List

| Powder sugar | 1/4 cup |
| Cumin seeds | 1 tbs roasted |
| Salt | one tbs |
Procedure

Step : 1
Made Cookies dough first
- I guide my son Ebad to follow recipe step by step in front of me ,by first Take a bowl add butter and powder sugar and mixed it with hand blender till it was creamy in texture .He really enjoyed mixing Ingridents and mixed properly 😊😊
- Now He add dried Ingrident place strainer add All purpose flour and salt and make dough with soft hands ,and incorporate Ingrident and made perfect dough in ball form .
- Then he add roasted cumin seeds and again mixed Ingrident ,then place butter paper a d made dough like a ball and wrapped in roll to joint dough properly .butter paper helped for making cookies in perfect shape.
- He cut the fought in small pieces in rectangle shape it's your wished to cut in your own choice ,now he placed one by one cut cookies in baking tray he already grease with butter and then place butter paper on tray and put on all cookies then leaves it for one an hour for cookies settled in fridge .
Baking
Place the baking tray in oven that's pre-heated on 170 °cc for 15 minutes ,the baking time of cookies almost 15 to 20 minutes .you also baked in pan ,I done the oven process because it was too hot and ebad can't done it properly .
- After 15 minutes the very pleasant smell of cookies came out from oven and they done .
- Now it was done but remembered in mind always when you baked cookies don't touch hot it's many be broken or burn you leaves thebaking tray as it's after 10 to 15 minutes touch and ate your favorite tea snacks .
What Ebad learnt from that food activity
- How obeying the mom's instructions in kitchen
- Always always from pre- heated over it may burn you .
- Sharp tools like knife used in elder permission and supervision .
- He learnt Ingrident incorporation properly .
- How to open the oven ,how to set temperature and timer.
- How to kept cookies in air tight jar for fresh taste and storage .
- He understands the home made cookies is better as health point of view .
