Hope you all are doing well. Today in kids food activity I'm sharing simple biscuit recipe that my daughter Rahima made by help of me. It was again a great fun to Rahima and she enjoyed this activity. This is very simple recipe and need just 3 ingredients to make it.
Let's start today's food recipe
INGREDIENTS
| ingredients | quantity |
|---|---|
| All purpose flour | 1cup |
| Ground sugar | 1/2cup |
| Butter /ghee | 1/4cup |
| Baking soda | 1-2pinch |
PROCEDURE
- Take out all ingredients according to the recipe.
- Mixed all ingredients one by one in a bowl and made its daugh for Biscuits.
- Make small biscuit from the daugh and place it over greased pan.
- Decorating it with chocho / suger sprinkle. It's optional you can coat it with egg to give it nice look but rahima does not like egg so I used sprinkle to decorate it.
- Now place it in preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15min.
- You can see biscuits are ready to served.
WHAT RAHIMA LEARNED FROM THIS ACTIVITY
She learned how to obey mama's instructions.
How to use measuring cups.
Mixing of different ingredients.
Don't go closely to oven.
Helping her mother in kitchen.
Cleaning kitchen during baking .
