In childhood, all of us children used to go to our maternal home and there our maternal aunt used to tell us stories every day, and those stories were mostly imaginary. But I remember one story even after so much time has passed, before sharing this story here I also want to tell that there is a message in this story, and it should always be remembered.

In a village lived a very decent, kind and a rich man Sharman who helped people, it was said about him that no person returned without help from his door. He was praised in the whole village and his stories were told.

He had a strange hobby, he had bought a white horse of Arabian breed for his roaming, which was very expensive. Sharman used to serve his horse with great interest, bathing it, massaging it, was Sharman's daily work.

Sharman's horse also loved to Sharman very much, and Sharman used to travel 20-25 kilometres daily sitting on that horse. During this journey, whenever a poor, destitute, needy person was found on the way, Sharman used to help him financially as well.

Hilton, a dacoit kingpin, also lived in the village near the same village, he came to know about Sharman's fame, and he used to see Sharman roaming around on a horse several times.

Hilton had never seen such a beautiful and valuable horse in his life.So Hilton's intention became to take by force the horse.

For this he made a plan and one day he became a poor, sick, and leper and sat on the side of the road.

As usual, when Sharman left from there on his horse, he saw a poor, helpless, leper, sick person sitting on the side of the road. Due to his kind habit, Sharman stopped the horse and asked the poor disguised Hilton, who are you and what is your problem, can I help you.

Hilton was waiting for the same thing, he told Sharman in his helpless voice that he is a sick old man, he also has leprosy, and he has not eaten for many days. If you will help me and give me some money for food and drop me with you to the next village, it will be very kind of you.

Sharman always helped the poor, so he told Hilton that you sit on the horse and I will walk with you, I will drop you wherever you say, and I will also give you money for food.

Saying this, he made Hilton sit on the horse and started walking holding the horse's belt. After walking some distance, Hilton accelerated the horse and snatched Sharman's belt as well, and laughingly said, "Hey stupid man, I am the dacoit leader Hilton, I had set a trap to snatch your horse." Run away from here or else I will kill you.

Sharman loudly stoped him and made a request to him and said, dacoit sir, you take the horse, but don't mention this incident to anyone, otherwise in future no one will help any poor destitute, and their faith will be lost from the poor persons .

The dacoit Hilton took the horse for a few kilometres and his mind changed then he reached back to Sharman with the horse, and apologized by giving the horse back to him. And crying with folded hands said Sharman sir you have opened my eyes, after today I will never commit theft, robbery, I will only also help poor peoples, like you.

                   Thanks for reading my story.
