Who is a Moderator on the Steemit Platform

Introduction

Hello friends, how are you all doing this afternoon? Have not really been active due to some reasons, am fully back now and I see a bright future for myself here in steemit. Let me quickly share my opinions on this contest.

Describe your understanding of who a moderator is in the steemit platform?

Here in steemit we can't do without the moderators because they play a very massive important role here. Without them we may not even know our strength and weakness while posting.

A moderator in my own understanding, is an active steemian assigned by the admin of a community to contribute to the leadership roles of the community because the admin can't do all the work in a community.

A moderator must apply for the post before being selected for it and for a steemian to be a moderator, he/she must be active in the steemit platform.

What are the things a moderator is supposed to check in every post?

Moderators plays a very massive important role in steemit like I said before, their are things they must not fail to do while checking a post and these things are;

• Checking if a post is free from plagiarism.

• Checking the club status of the steemian.

• Checking the number of words of the post.

• Checking the voting CSI of the steemian.

• Checking if the steemian wrote the post using bots.

• Making sure all those things I mentioned above are presented in a tabular form in the steemians post and so many other things.

What criteria do you think a user must obtain for him/her to become a moderator?

For someone to be a moderator, the person must obtain the follow;

• Being active in the steemit platform.

• Being brilliant and humble.

• Having at least 1000 SP or the amount the admin wants the applicants to have and so many others.

If you are not yet a moderator, which community will you like to work in as a moderator and give reasons for your answers.

Yes am not yet a moderator and the comments I will love to be a moderator is known as steem kids and parents My reasons are as follows;

• The moderators highly co-operates alot.

• The contests in the community are fun and easy to understand.

• The contests in the community are so many.

• The community has alot of active users and so many other reasons.

Conclusion

I thank @simonnwigwe for organizing this contest that has made me to post again in steemit and I hope I win. The aspect where I said a person applying to be an admin must have 1000 SP was a nice thing, I remember when mu friend @saintkelvin17 told me that him and @richy20 would have been moderators in steem for betterlife community but their SP wasn't up to 4000 as recommended by the admin so they didn't apply.
