Kids School Diary {18 March 2023} || Guiding student recreation

Greetings steemean friend

Friends and all beloved community moderators @steemkids. This weekend's edition, Saturday, March 18, 2023, I and several teacher friends guided recreational participant students for a study tour activity that traveled quite far from our school of origin to the center of our province, namely "Banda Aceh".

We did this activity because it was in the framework of farewell for class VI students who will end their study period at school. This trip we started last night at exactly 21, 30 minutes western Indonesian time by using a school bus and arrived at the main location, namely the "Baiturahman Great Mosque of Banda Aceh" at exactly 05:00 in the morning or right at the time of dawn prayer.

After a while walking around and watching the mosque that our people are proud of "Aceh", then we headed back to enjoy breakfast at "Ulee Lheue Harbor Banda Aceh".

After a while enjoying the view at the harbor while watching the ships starting to depart with their passengers, we headed off to visit another place, namely the "Floating Ship". This "Floating Ship" is a power-generating ship that crashed hundreds of meters ashore due to the tsunami waves that hit the coast of "Aceh" in 2004.

We continued our journey to visit the "Tsunami Museum" to witness various remains and the tsunami disaster in 2004. Even this museum was built by our government to commemorate a great event that should be told to the children of today's generation.

After that we also had time to visit several other historical sites in our area, namely Aceh Province as direct reference material that we showed to the children.

We also carried out this activity with the approval of the North Aceh District Education and Culture Office.
