Coaching many sets to graduate from primary.

First of all what is childhood dream? I will say that childhood dream is that thing you wanted to do since you were a kid.

It was a childhood dream of mine to be a doctor, a teacher and a banker.
I had a dream of becoming a doctor because one of my uncles was a doctor. He was a rich man, respected by all in the community and he was kind too. Everyone loved him. Whenever he visited the village, mothers will come out with third kids and he will give them money to buy something for their kids, and to the sick one he will prescribed drugs for them and give them money to go and buy the prescribed drugs. To the elderly he will visit and extend his generosity to them. You can now see why I said everyone liked him. So I wanted to be like him. The dream of becoming a teacher and a banker came later which I will talk about it.

The dream of becoming a teacher came when I was in secondary and that of becoming a banker came after my secondary education.

Have you realized your dream?

Yes, I realized the dream of becoming a teacher not a doctor and a banker.
I like what am doing irrespective of the fact that they are so many unprofessional teachers which some time make people to look down on this profession. Am proud to be a certified teacher. And I will always say that teaching is a noble profession. It's a profession for house wives, as it will give you time to care for your kids and family. With so many holidays and closing from work early.

From the above picture, you can see that a teacher trains a lawyer. That is me helping young minds who want to be lawyers in to the future

I was helped by my principal to become a teacher by means of her encouraging words and guidance. This happens when the physics teacher frustrated us by not being effective when it comes to teaching and we went to her crying and lamenting. And he encourage us that we can still succeed in life without science or being a science student. Using herself as example that she was not a science student and look at her today is she not doing well?. To be candid she was doing well materially. And this gives me a change of mind I needed to be perfect in what ever profession I do. Though not having the previllege of being a government teacher yet, in my teaching profession in private schools, I have lot of good memories to share with people and in most places I go the next thing I will hear will be "teacher" "Mrs Emmanuel" "diction teacher" "my daughter's teacher" "my sons' teacher". Just last week while I was making my hair one of the parents was priasing me to her customer. These and others gives me joy in my profession as a teacher.

Am not just a teacher in the classroom. Am a teacher in and out.

It is very good to have a dream and aspiration?

Yes, this is because dream and aspirations will give life a purpose, direction and aim. They will shape the choices we make and help us build towards the future resulting in a sense of control and hope.

What can you advice the younger kids about dreams and aspirations
I will advice them to have dreams and aspirations. They should not have just one dream. They should have more than one, so that if they can't achieve their first choice they can try the second or third. Instead of holding tight to a dream they can not actialize.
