Weekly contest 24|| The Diary Game || 27-12-2024 || A day spent at home"

INTRODUCTION

Good morning fellow steemians it's a pleasure to be on this platform sharing how I spent my day. I appreciate you @m-fdo for making this possible. My day was a stressful one to begin with.

MORNING

I woke up this morning with great vigour and life. After I woke up, I decided to check around our surroundings as I had noticed that the weed had grown again, so I decided to weed the surroundings. I got my hoe ready and the broom to use for clearing.

After I finished with the wedding, I decided to go and clean up the rooms, assist in cooking to prepare for the day's activities. Anyways my parents were about going out for their days activities . So they did everything they had to do and went out of the house leaving it for I and my siblings.

We began by sweeping the whole house, cleaning and arranging everywhere. It was a day we had lots to do, this led to us being very busy. Earlier I had weed the environment which was dirty, which led to me being tired and stressed out.

As a result I left the cooking, the cleaning and washing of clothes to my siblings. The dirty plates were left for me to wash. After we were done with everything, we tooks our baths, ate and relaxed. I didn't engage in much activities that day afterwards because it was my free day, the day I get to rest after being busy all week.

AFTERNOON

Later I and my siblings watched movies, played games and talked about different issues regarding how we were doing academically, most importantly my younger sister. I discovered some areas in her education she was having issues with and decided to coach her.

I gave her different essays to write on to help in improving herself in English as well as how to write different types of letters. She's a student in Js2 class, so I did a lot to help her in her academics in preparation for her school's resumption. I noticed she was having a little difficulty in mathematics,from there I began explaining topics she had difficulties in.

I also gave her different problems to solve which enabled her make improvement on solving simultaneous equations. It was great helping my sister to become good in English and maths. I want my sister to excel in her academics which pushed me to teach her things she didn't have much knowledge in.

EVENING

Later we strolled around the neighborhood to buy some snacks and returned home. We got bread, biscuits and groundnuts for ourselves. In steem the total amount of everything was 4 steem. Meanwhile we ate Rice and pepper soup for both morning and afternoon.
After a while our parents got back and we discussed how our day went, ate dinner and called it a day.
