I'm pleased to participate in this timely contest on "My Perception About House Chores." I feel it's a great opportunity to share our ideas on this topic, as it has become a crucial problem in society today. I have observed many parents raising their children without involving them in any household activities. As a result, when children grow and move on with their lives, they face several challenges without knowing how to manage things at home and eventually fail to navigate their lives successfully.

I believe that a neat home reduces stress and helps to maintain a peaceful mind. I view house chores as a form of meditation, and I handle all of them by myself. Seeing a clean and tidy home gives me a sense of fulfillment, and I genuinely enjoy the process of cleaning. Living at home with children means that there will always be work to do. I think that with proper time management, we can easily complete all house chores.

House chores can be stressful, but if you maintain good energy and allocate separate time for each task at home, it won't be as stressful. Allowing housework to pile up may lead to various issues for you and your family. It's hard for me to focus on any work when I have so many house chores to complete. Therefore I encourage you to seek help from your family and sort out the mess in the home. You will experience how smoothly your day flows with only a limited number of house chores.

👉What is included in the house chores that are done in your house

Currently, in the place where I'm living, I don't do any cleaning in the garden. Like once a month, I take help from a garden cleaner and clean it off when it's time to maintain it. With a toddler in my house, it has always been a challenge to stay neat and tidy. If I'm in good health, I do my best to complete all the house chores before the day ends.

My day starts at around 5:30 am, and I go to the kitchen first. I prepare our meals for both breakfast and lunch before the baby is awake. Cleaning the kitchen is the top priority on my to-do list. I don't like working in a messy kitchen with all used utensils. I do all the dishes after having meals and store them in their place. Then I need to put away all the garbage that collects in the kitchen. Once the work in the kitchen is over, I feel like I have completed the hardest part of my daily house chores.

Then I do my laundry while I attend to other tasks at home. Whenever I have free time, I fold all the dried clothes and organize them in the cupboards.

I mop the floor every day. I live in a small space, so I love seeing it clean always. Especially with a toddler, maintaining a clean floor is very important because they try to put everything in their mouth that is on the floor. They also spend more time on the floor playing, so I think as a mom, we should always keep the floor clean and well-sanitized to avoid unnecessary health issues.

I need to change my bed covers regularly because I love to be in fresh bed covers. Again, when you have a baby at home, I hope everyone knows the drill.

I clean the washrooms twice a week. These are mainly the house chores that I do.

As I mentioned before I enjoy doing all the house chores myself so that I know that I cleaned everything properly. Cleaning is something that should be done regularly Whether we like it or not. I believe the health of my family is my responsibility. That is what I learned from my mom. Now being a mom I continue doing it for my family. The cleanliness of the home matters a lot to maintain proper hygiene.

It's not that the home should look nicer when someone visits but overall the house should be cleaned for us to be healthy and live happily. First, I segregate the task into several parts. For example, if I'm cleaning a table, I start by removing all the items on the table. Next, I clean the surface. Afterward, I clean all the necessary items and organize them on the table, removing any unnecessary things. I believe that breaking any big task into small segments makes the work easier and quicker.

House chores are important because these routine tasks need to be carried out to maintain cleanliness and ensure the smooth flow of daily activities. Without completing the household chores, the whole family will face troubles in accomplishing their daily tasks. If the laundry is not done routinely or if things at home are not organized properly, it will take unexpected time to complete one task of the day. Therefore, everybody in the family needs to work as a team to complete the house chores and live a happy life. Household management is not only the responsibility of the lady at home; it can be shared and done with the help of everyone in the family to make their lives easier.

👉Your advice to kids about house chores

As a child, when I saw my mom doing the house chores, I wondered why it was so important to keep doing them all the time. It was hard for me to understand at that age, but now I realize how much effort my mom put into keeping us healthy and maintaining proper hygiene at home. House chores may seem like a waste of time or troublesome at times, but at least once, try cleaning up and organizing your workplace to experience how it affects your mind.

I'm sure it will bring you immense happiness and calmness. Clean and organize your bedroom as you like and experience the joy of having a refreshing room that calms your mind. My brother used to clean his room and maintain it beautifully, which made me feel jealous at times. When we were kids, we used to clean our rooms to make them look better than each other. It really helped us to keep our rooms clean and tidy always.
