Hello steemit friends, I'm @wasa2020 from Nigeria. I'm so happy today to share my entry in the contest of this community organized by @ngoenyi. My Picture Album Is Safe With Steem.

👉 Describe the event that the pictures represent, include why the picture is so special to you.

The above picture is a picture I took on my matriculation day in 2021. Matriculation is an inauguration or initiation that makes you a part of a given society or organization. I took this picture on the occasion of that special day I became a full-time student at the state university of Nasarawa.

This picture is special to me because it reminds me of my commitment to the school and reminds me of the reason why I have also gone to school. Anytime I look at the picture, I remember how the academic journey started in earnest.

It was a picture I didn't pay for but it was given to me as a present by a friend who is a photographer. I'm really happy about the picture because it comes with lots of memory in it.

I'm the person in the picture and the picture was taken by a professional photographer who is a friend of mine. He took it with his camera as a present to me on the celebration of my matriculation.

This picture was taken somewhere around the school premises because the entire place was filled with people we decided to use the road to take the picture. At the time of taking this picture, I wasn't with my device.

The picture was taken and edited to make it more beautiful and then sent to me by my friend via Xender and that is how I got the picture on my phone. My camera is not good enough and that is why I don't snap much with my device.
