Dangers of lying and greed

Hello, dear Steemkids and parents and other dear friends in this beautiful community, today I would love to talk about the dangers of lying and greed. Before we go deep into these topics we want to define them. So let's start with Lying.

Lying

This is the act of not being through, or not telling the truth to people. It is one abstract noun that many people regard as small, but one should know that every lie is a big lie, so there is no small or big lie. Lying is a deceptive act, and people who lie are up to no good. People lie just because they don't want to be corrected for the wrong the person did. That is the main problem in the world today, a lot of people lie and do not know the effect that lying causes. Lying is just like a disease, and it can be cured with a few steps as follows;

1. We should try to increase in honesty
2. We should also try to avoid being in the company of those who lie.

Lying can cause many bad things to happen, see some instances

1. A boy lies to his father about the fact that he took milk from the fridge which was spoilt and bad for consumption. In the end, the truth will reveal itself when the after-effect of eating stale or spoilt food comes into play.

2. A cleaner lies to the boss telling her that she cleaned everywhere, but everywhere was left dirty therefore causing sickness to both her and the boss.

Lying can be very dangerous so we need to check whether we are not infected with that disease. Another disease we need to constantly check is greed, let's see a few points about greed.

Greed

Greed is a disease that develops when one has a constant desire for something he already has enough of, therefore making him/her foolish and selfish. Greed can move people to commit severely bad crimes, greed should be avoided at all costs because that is what makes people go into stealing instead of looking for a much better job. Greed can be cured in the following ways;

1. It can be cured by developing contentment.

2. Greed can be avoided by reducing the rate of envy we have.

Greed is very bad, it is what leads people to commit suicide, so no matter what we do we should try our best to keep away from a greedy attitude.
