Hello everyone in this steemkids community it of a good heart that i post once again in this community, today i want to participate in the drawing contest this time we were told to draw a cat and here i am ready to draw the cat with my materials, oh before i start showing you how to draw the cat i want to show you the materials needed for the drawing of the cat.

materials needed

1. pencil
2. eraser
3. paper
4. color

And most especially the hands are included in this drawing they are the main part of the body that helped me to draw this cat.

Process of drawing the cat

Step 1

I started by drawing a round circle and the circle represents the face that means that circle will contain all the things a cat face consist of which is the eyes the nose and the mouth.

Step 2

Then i drew more circles for the body just to see the areas where i will draw the body and the leg ,those circles are not compulsory but i choose to add it.

Step 3

Then from the circle i formed the leg that is one reason why i choose to add the circles as you have seen in the picture below i have cleaned the circles.

Step 4

After drawing the leg of the cat i started drawing the long tail of the cat actually i could have drawn it at the last stage but i decided to draw it now.

Step 5

Finally my cat is done but i just added a bit of colour on the nose and ears

A cat is a domestic animal that walks on four legs it can stretch, jump and do many other things

Yes , i have see one before in my neighbors house

Are they important to man

Yes they are important to man they serve as food for man and animal

What do you like about a cat

I like the way it acts it is so cute when angry
