Hello everyone it is a pleasure to participate in this cryptoacademy for kids organized by @benton3 in the wonderful STEEMKIDS community. The cryptoacademy is all about decentralization and centralization.
Firstly I want to start with the first question

Question 1

what is decentralization

Decentralization is a system whereby authority and power are in the hands of not a singular person , but in the hands of several persons.
This system allows everyone to make their own decisions . No singular person controls another.

what is centralization

In a centralized system , every authority or power is handled by a singular person. The top management makes every decision and determines the routine of the subordinates.

Question 2

Differences between centralization and
decentralization

For centralization

1. unlike decentralized system, centralized system is handled by a person

2. In a centralized system, the top management determines the activities of the subordinates.

3. The top management doesn't spend much to run a decentralized system

4. There is no much control over the system

5. There is usually a slow decision making process in a centralized system

   For decentralization

1. a decentralized system is handled by several persons, no singular person makes decisions

2. In a decentralized system, power is being delegated to everyone

3. It takes a huge amount of money to run a decentralized system

4. Decision making is faster

5. A proper control is held in a decentralized system

Question 3

5 advantages of centralized system

1. Less money is spent in the management of a centralized system

2. The subordinates follow the instruction of the top management and this helps to keep the organization in control and reduce the risk of fraud

3. There is uniformity in action

4. Subordinates work hard to improve the quality of their work knowing that they are answerable to the top management for any failure.

5. Everyone works together to achieve the goal in a centralized system. Therefore focus is maintained.

Disadvantages of centralized system

1. Lack of proper coordination

2. it requires very qualified personnel

3. Much money is spent to run a decentralized system

4. Much conflict exist in decentralized system if it is not properly ran

5. It is usually difficult to heed to uniform polices in a decentralized system
